Skin Cancer Campaign

A look at our skin cancer campaign for 2019.

skin cancer campaign activity

More than 15,900 new cases of skin cancer are diagnosed in the UK every year, with the disease affecting twice as many men as women.

This summer we're relaunching our skin cancer campaign. Armed with our Sun Safety Guide and plenty of sun cream, we're taking to the streets of the North West to educate the public on keeping safe in the sun and preventing skin cancer.

We're also reaching out to employers with our Sun Safety Pledge - created to encourage employers to put outdoor worker's safety front of mind and raise awareness of the importance of using adequate sun protection when working outside.
